I Have 3 Years of experience in IT Support.
Working on Incident Handling using BMC remedy tool

Handling monitoring activities
Work Closely with the Infrastructure team for aiding in all operations-related activities.
Handling bridge calls, checking status level SLAs and maintaining them.

Preparing a variety of materials (eg reports, memos, manuals, etc.) for documenting activities, providing reference, and / or conveying information.

Handling day-to-day production issues faced by the end user / client.

· Investigating and fixing errors received by end-user using SQL.

· Analyzing the issue with the order and fixing it.

Working to help the order flow through different systems and hit completion.

· Working on infrastructure-related issues.

· Also working on Graylog and Grafana tool for checking logs.
· Using Google Cloud for finding Logs related to Orders.
